BSLA Shadow-A-Professional Day

The Boston Society of Landscape Architects (BSLA), in cooperation with student ASLA members at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; the Boston Architectural College; and the Harvard Graduate School of Design, are excited about a new program, the Shadow-A-Professional Day. This program is designed to give current landscape architecture students a glimpse into the day-to-day workings of professional life.

During the weeks of March 15-19 and March 22-26, the BSLA will pair students with local practitioners for a day providing a personal, one-on-one viewing of what a local landscape architect does. For the best experience, students will be exposed to the numerous aspects of a professional's day, such as client meetings, site visits, project meetings, plan revisions, etc.
