Tappe Fontainebleau Prize
Summer Architecture Program
at Ecole des Beaux Arts in Fontainebleau, France

Each year, the BAC and Overseer Anthony Tappé provide one scholarship for an exciting study abroad program outside Paris, France. Selection is based on academic and practice standing, with preference given to advanced students of Architecture with excellent academic records and portfolio.
The theme of this summer's architecture program is More of Less: more simplicity, ethics, and ecology in architectural design. There will be four week-long studies, Paris visits, and a three-day trip to Strasbourg.
To apply for the Tappe Fontainebleau Prize submit:
•Essay (500 words maximum) discussing the importance of your participation in the Fontainebleau Architecture Program to your educational goals.
The deadline is the Monday following Spring Break, March 29 at 7pm. Bring your application materials to the Student Affairs counter on the second floor of 320 Newbury Street. Please mark your submissions to the attention of Kendra Leahy and be sure to note what scholarship you are applying for.
