Supplemental to the Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape first year seminars, this series of opportunities will further introduce first-year students to life at the BAC and provide additional information necessary for success.

This discussion focuses on the various types of resumes and which one is appropriate for you; highlighting skills vs. experience; good presentation, layout, and formatting; building your design portfolio; what to send as “design examples” as part of a job application; and presenting your portfolio in a job interview. Presentation: Segment 1 Academic and Practice Strategies

This discussion focuses on what BAC students need to know and do to fulfill the Segment 1 Academic and Practice requirements. Topics include the A and B level Studios, the remaining non-studio courses, Practice Credit and ways of earning it, and the Segment 1 Portfolio Review. BAC Peer Review*
