Free FUN Fridays (sponsored by the Highland St. Foundation) invites you to visit designated cultural attractions every Friday this summer with free admission. No registration or tickets required. All you have to do is show up and enjoy!
Free attractions for Friday, June 29:
Go explore the beautiful gardens and artwork as well as the new addition designed by Renzo Piano. The hours of free admission will be from 11-4.
Look at some beautiful and inspirational works of art and check out the light-filled atrium designed by Moshe Safdie.
Enjoy the largest public garden in Southern New England. The museum is located on 100 acres of magnificent grounds and trails on the banks of Shawme Pond in Historic Sandwich.
The museum is dedicated to preserving, conserving and accurately interpreting the contributions of African Americans in New England from the colonial period through the 19th century. You can now visit the restored Historical African Meeting House.
Fun family activities including an educational scavenger hunt, instrument playground and a performance by the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra.
