Free Yoga at The Frog Pond

The Boston Common Frog Pond invites you to join in the fun this summer with free yoga classes every Tuesday evening at 6 pm. Knowledgeable instructor, Kyoungho Koh, will guide you through power Vinyasa yoga. This is a great way to stay healthy and enjoy yoga in America’s oldest public park.
Meet on the lawn adjacent to the Frog Pond’s carousel. Class begins at 6 pm. This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Spend some time at Boston’s oasis in the city and find your calm within.
