Office of Student Development Hours

The Office of Student Development (Richard Griswold, Becky Anderson, and Kara Peet) will be open until noon on Wednesday June 27th and remain closed through July 4, 2012.

We will return to normal hours on July 5. There will be no all student email for the week on June 27.

Where do I print? We have B&W, color printers, and plotters located throughout the 4th floor of the 320 Newbury building. Each semester returning students get a $35.00 credit added to their account automatically. How do I check my print balance? You can check your account from any BAC computer. You can also check your print balance at printcredit.the-bac.edu. You can only access the website from a BAC computer. How do I make a laser cutter reservation? You can stop by the IT office on the 4th floor to make a reservation. You can also call IT directly at (617)-585-0191. IT does not accept emails for reservations. *Note* that in order to make a reservation, all students are required to have attended the laser cutter orientation held every Saturday at 12 noon. Safety Notice: Con-Man in Boston

Please note that a notorious con-man named Elliot Davis has been conning people in the Boston area for what appears to be about 10 years. He was spotted in the Back Bay area last night. According to an article on the Odyssey: "A well-dressed Davis approaches someone on the street and tells them a sob story of a flat tire. He only needs a few bucks to buy a fix-a-flat, he pleads. This "few bucks" has been as high as $80 in some stories. Con artists usually ask for a non-rounded amount of money--$12, $14, $22-- in hopes that his prey does not have exact change and ends up giving $20 or $30 flat. For those who do not have cash on them, Davis points to an ATM conveniently located right around the corner. He is rather convincing because many people do go to the ATM, but still others do not."
