The Bob Scagliotti Scholarship - $2,250

The Bob Scagliotti Scholarship was established to provide a partial tuition credit to a Bachelor of Architecture student at the BAC. This year, two scholarships will be awarded for $2,250 to be applied to the recipients’ Spring 2013 semester.

To apply, BAC students must:
-Be currently enrolled full-time in the B.Arch Program
-Have a GPA of 2.8 or higher
-Have applied for Financial Aid for the 2012-2013 Academic Year and have demonstrated financial need
-Submit a 1,000-5,000 word essay expressing their desire to have a career in the Architecture field.

Essay Formatting Guidelines:
Essays will be "blinded" (students names removed) to allow for fair and equal consideration amongst the scholarship jury members. To assist with this process, please make sure you do the following:
-Include a cover page with all identifying information; Name, program, date, Student ID#, and scholarship name
-Include a header in the body of your essay that contains the name of the scholarship, your Student ID#, and page number (if multiple pages)

Essays should be double-spaced in at least 12-point font

**Preference will be given to students who have improved their community through volunteer work and/or have changed careers to enter the field of Architecture. If applicable, please address this in your essay submission as well.**
