Office of Student Life Assistant
To support the Office of Student Life with projects and events that promote student involvement on campus, build community, and provide resources that nurture the success of students with curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular initiatives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: writing posts for the BA Student Life Blog; attending photographing, and lending support during BAC events; assisting with clerical duties - including scanning, photocopying, filing, and other general office tasks as needed; assist with design projects, including the design of flyers advertising student events and graphic images for digital displays.
Strong writing skills required; good to excellent photography, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign skills; must be dependable, courteous, professional, and willing to help others; must pay keen attention to detail; general office experience is helpful.
• Current BAC degree student in good academic standing.
• Must be able to work evenings and occasional weekends.
• Must be able to speak clearly and understand spoken communication.
• Must have an interest in promoting student life in a positive light.
Hours: Work schedule shall be any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday, occasional evening/weekend events.
