This is the third and last immigration attorney invited to the BAC to provide our international students with information about employment and visa options. Immigration Attorney Elizabeth Goss, is part of a law practice serves businesses, universities and institutions in recruiting and retaining the most talented professional and skilled workers. The immigration group represents employers in all industry sectors including: biotechnology, technology, scientific research, telecommunication, secondary and higher education, financial, marketing, engineering, construction, medical, hospitality, services, retail, publishing and professional recruiting fields.

The focus of this informational session will be on nonimmigrant employment with special emphasis on visa options after completing your degree at the BAC. Ms. Goss will discuss various types of working visas and applicable filing requirements, and update participants on current H-1B provisions and the petition process for H-1B visas. Other work visas and employment-based permanent residency (green card) will be introduced as well.
