BAC students, along with Northeastern students, achieved second place in the 15th Annual Greater Boston Affordable Housing Development Competition, run by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston: Competition Website
The groups took home $6000, half of which goes to the Codman Square NDC. The team was recognized for extensive community outreach and the way in which they integrated community spaces into the larger design.
