Program Description:
Students pursuing a career in the design field will have an opportunity to talk to a panel of successful professionals, learning about their post college work experiences and how their career paths led them to their current positions. Representing a variety of disciplines within the design industry, they will meet Commercial and Residential Designers, an Architect, a Specialty Designer, Educators, Boston Design Center Showroom Manager, Interior Design Photographer and Landscape Architect. To better prepare them as they pursue their own careers, students from area college design programs are invited to listen, learn and ask questions of our panelist as we discuss what it is really like working in the design field today.
