2016 Affordable Housing Development Competition

The competition pairs teams of talented graduate students with affordable-housing organizations to develop innovative and comprehensive development proposals addressing the needs of these organizations. The competition's purpose is for student to gain real-world experience, make contacts, receive credit, and help critical housing projects get off the ground.
Graduate students interested in architecture, planning, finance, and policy are eligible to apply.
The 16th annual Affordable Housing Development Competition begins February 2016.
First place: $10,000
Second place: $7,000
Third Place: $4,000
